DPA 6061 CORE Subminiature Microphones are just 3 mm (0.12 in) in size but pack the audio power of larger, award-winning DPA mics. What they lack in size, they more than make up for in clarity, consistency and durability - three qualities that really matter. In terms of technical specifications, the 6061 has a noise floor of only 26 dB(A), which is on par with the 5 mm (0.20 in) DPA miniature capsules.

What is unique about MicroLock?
The uniqueness of MicroLock lies in its combination of remarkable flexibility with enhanced reliability. As with MicroDot, this new connector allows you to use your microphones with different brands of transmitters, so you don't have to buy a new mic for each system. In other words, you are no longer bound to one wireless system.

MicroLock Compatibility
DPA has made MicroLock fully backwards compatible with the MicroDot connection.

This means that MicroLock parts can be assembled with MicroDot parts and function as if they were of MicroDot type.
